Hi, I'm Himrani!

In this journey of life, there are moments when we feel lost or in need of a sense of direction to get us back on track or a map to help us explore deeper breaths; whatever your story, I am here to embrace you as a special individual, valuing your unique path and guide you to find your meaning.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and I am here to help you with my decade of international experience working as an integrative therapist. I have worked with the Ministry and institutions under its aegis as well as in community and university settings.

To provide you with holistic care, I draw from evidence-based therapies like CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Existential Therapy, Humanistic Therapies, Reality Therapy and Internal Family Systems amongst others. Your needs are my priorities, I will draw from my toolkit to best suit you. With me, you will be held in safety, compassion, understanding, and genuineness giving you the choice to make empowering decisions through a trusting relationship.

I meet you where you are at; with an intersectional approach that is considering the multitude of factors impacting you and making you unique. I value creating a safe place by listening with empathy, compassion and understanding from your lens; by being genuine, I aspire to forge a trusting relationship with you where you feel empowered to achieve your goals and grow to your full potential. I will leave no stone unturned to consider the various systems impacting your issues and how you can manoeuvre them with your internal sense of control. Each and everyone of us have strengths which we may often ignore, I will help you bring those to light so that the light within you shines.
