We are a team of recognized, experienced, dedicated, passionate, down-to-earth, and highly trained mental health therapists.
Located in the heart of Galt - in Cambridge, Ontario - we work with clients in the Region of Waterloo in-person.
We also work with clients across the province of Ontario through secure online video sessions.
Whatever situation you may find yourself in, we are here to help you get "unstuck" when life's challenges seem to get in the way.
