Our intention is to provide you with the necessary space you require in order to better explore your feelings, beliefs, or behaviours, and work through some challenging aspects in your life. You will work collaboratively with your therapist in order to set some goals, generate a better understanding of yourself, and work towards the change that you are after.
If you need more time and don't want to be rushed, we can book in a longer session to work one-on-one in a safe, caring, anti-oppressive and confidential environment.
Whether you’re engaged, dating, married, partnered to one or more individuals, we can begin to explore the different aspects of your relationship. You’ll be able to explore how your individual backgrounds, beliefs, thoughts, and behaviours may be impacting your relationship in both positive and negative ways.
