I promise you nothing is as chaotic as it seems. Nothing is worth your health. Nothing is worth poisoning yourself into stress, anxiety, and fear.

Steve Maraboli

Counselling in Kitchener, Waterloo, & Cambridge for Anxiety and Depression

Two of the most common reasons that clients seek support from us are to address anxiety and/or depression. We know that both can cause a significant amount of challenges in one’s life as an individual but also in relationships. Some people only experience one of these concerns, however, we often work with clients who experience waves of both depression and anxiety.

We work diligently to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with our clients so that they feel emotionally safe/comfortable to share what they struggle with most. We know that anxiety and depression show up in various ways for people and we spend time to explore clients’ personal experiences of these concerns.

Overall, we support our clients to manage anxiety and depression while also addressing factors that are activating or enhancing these experiences. We help relationships heal from past wounds related to anxiety and depression and ultimately build their connection to better face difficulties together when times are tough.
