Couples Counselling in Cambridge, Kitchener & Waterloo

Couples therapy can definitely be a scary place to be. Maybe there’s something going on in your relationship with your partner(s) that you aren’t entirely happy with. Whether you’re engaged, dating, married, partnered to one or more individuals, we will work with the relationship in a safe, anti-oppressive space where we can begin to explore the different aspects of your relationship. You’ll be able to explore how your individual backgrounds, beliefs, thoughts, and behaviours may be impacting your relationship in both positive and negative ways.  

Our goal is to work with your relationship to identify the specific areas of conflict or other aspects of your relationship that you would like to change. We will then, collaboratively, work through these issues in your sessions together. If you feel that your relationship could use some support, reach out – we are here to help when you are ready.
