This is a process through which you and your therapist will work one-on-one in a safe, caring, anti-oppressive and confidential environment. The intention is to provide you with the necessary space you require in order to better explore your feelings, beliefs, or behaviours, and work through some challenging aspects in your life. Your therapist will work collaboratively with you in order to set some goals, generate a better understanding of yourself, and work towards the change that you’re after.
