October 10th, 2023

Dear Valued Clients,

Your health and safety are our top priorities at Relationship Matters Therapy Centre. In light of the start of cold and flu season, we want to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone. If you are experiencing symptoms of a respiratory illness, we kindly request that you follow our Cold and Flu Protocol outlined below:

1. Stay Home If You're Unwell: If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or congestion, we urge you to stay home. Your well-being and the well-being of our staff and other clients are of utmost importance.

2. Reschedule to an Online Appointment: If you have a scheduled in-person appointment with us but are not feeling well, contact our office so that we may change your appointment to an online Telehealth session. As you may already know, we are equipped and ready to provide secured and PHIPA compliant Telehealth appointments to ensure continuity of service.

3. Reschedule for Another Day: If you are unwell but would still prefer an in-person meeting, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment for another day when you are feeling better. Please contact our office, and our team will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable alternative date and time.

4. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment due to illness, rest assured that we understand the circumstances and may waive or reduce any cancellation fees during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a healthy environment for all. For more information about our cancellation policy, click here.

Please remember that by following these guidelines, you are not only safeguarding your own health but also contributing to the well-being of our community. We are committed to doing our part to minimize the spread of respiratory illnesses.

If you have any questions or need assistance with rescheduling or adjusting your appointment, please don't hesitate to reach out to our office at (226) 894-4112.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to supporting you in the best possible way during this season. Stay healthy!
