Are you and your partner struggling with communication issues? Are you on a waitlist for couples therapy or unsure if it's the right choice for you? Join us for our upcoming Couples Communication Workshop, designed to offer support and guidance for couples facing communication challenges.
The purpose of this workshop is to help fill a need in our community. Mental health resources are often booked up or are financially prohibitive for some. Often couples can expect to be waiting months to access any form of support. This workshop was designed with these couples in mind.
This workshop is ideal for couples waiting to start couples therapy, those on waitlists for therapy, those who believe that couples therapy may not be the right fit, or that it may not be financially affordable.

⏰ Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
📍 Location: 150 Water St. South, Suite 204, Cambridge, Ontario (Virtual participation also available - this is a hybrid event via Zoom)

During this workshop, we will delve into the common communication barriers that couples encounter and provide valuable insights into attachment styles and communication pitfalls. 3. Workshop Fee: The workshop fee is $30.00 per couple. Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Accepted payment methods will be provided during the registration process.
4. Sliding Scale and Free Spots: Limited sliding scale and free spots are available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. To inquire about these options, please contact us directly.
5. Cancellation and Refunds: This event is final sale - there are no refunds for cancellations initiated by registered participants.
6. Changes to Workshop Details: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the date, time, location, or format (in-person or virtual) of the workshop. In the event of any changes, participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made if necessary.
7. Confidentiality: Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of others during the workshop. Personal information shared by participants during the workshop should remain confidential and not be disclosed to outside parties.
8. Participation: Participants are expected to actively engage in the workshop activities, discussions, and exercises. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour towards facilitators or other participants will not be tolerated, and the organizers reserve the right to remove individuals displaying such behaviour from the workshop without refund.
9. Disclaimer: The Couples Communication Workshop is an educational and supportive event and does not replace formal couples therapy. The facilitators are not acting as therapists during the workshop. Participants are encouraged to seek professional therapy if they require individual or ongoing support for their relationship.
10. Liability: The organizers, facilitators, and the mental health clinic are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the workshop, whether in-person or virtual.
